Due to the minimal cost and digital nature of TickerPilot, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases of our Chrome extension, including both Basic and Premium packages.

- The extension provides immediate value upon purchase and installation
- Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
- We offer a free trial period through our Basic package features
2. Try Before You Upgrade
We encourage all users to thoroughly test TickerPilot with our Basic package before upgrading to Premium. The Basic package includes:
- 1 watchlist with up to 10 stocks
- 1 chart layout per stock
- Full access to core functionality
- Complete feature demonstration
This allows you to experience the full value of TickerPilot before making a purchase decision.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with TickerPilot that prevent normal functionality:

- We will work diligently to resolve any technical problems
- Our team typically responds within 24 hours
- We provide ongoing support for all users
Note: Technical issues do not qualify for refunds, but we are committed to resolving them promptly.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In very rare cases involving exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These circumstances might include:
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Unauthorized purchases (with proper verification)
- Fundamental changes to the extension that affect core functionality
Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed individually by our team.
